For Renewal
How To Apply The applicant for renewal should be accompanied by the below mentioned documents duly filled and signed by the authorities concerned.

  1. Form 3B, Surveyor’s Declaration under section of Act 1 of 1917
  2. Form IV (Under Rule 4 & 7) Registration Book
  3. Form II Declaration of Ownership to be signed before the magistrate/Registering authority.
  4. Form III: Certificate of Registration of original.
